Harrah's New Orleans Becomes One of the First in the Gaming Industry to Hire Director of LGBT and Ethnic Marketing

Harrah’s New Orleans is pleased to announce the hiring of the newest member of its leadership team.
Richard Brower has been appointed Director of LGBT (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender) and Ethnic Marketing. Harrah’s New Orleans is one of the first in the gaming industry to offer this position.

“The LGBT and ethnic communities make up so much of our customer base,” said LuAnn Pappas, Vice President of Marketing at Harrah’s New Orleans. “New Orleans is regarded as a gay-friendly tourist town so it is important we have someone in this position to make sure we are welcoming to all groups, no matter their sexual orientation or race.”
